Bio Age testing gives you a road map towards improving your overall health and fitness. The test takes less than 30 minutes and concludes with a comprehensive BioAge report, from which you and your EFM Fitness Coach can tailor a fitness program to enhance your strengths and target your areas for improvement.

What is BioAge?

BioAge is a measurement of a person's 'real' or 'biological' age telling you how well you are performing for your years. BioAge harnesses cutting edge health and fitness software. The test comprises of a few basic fitness tests, is appropriate for people of all ages and fitness levels and is conducted by an EFM Fitness Coach in less than 30 minutes. The cost for the test is only $39.

That's simple. Register your interest below an and EFM Fitness Coach will be in contact shortly to arrange your test. Following the test, your Fitness Coach will talk you through the results and then discuss the steps toward improving your overall fitness and BioAge result.
