Over 300 keen SA EFMers got involved in the biggest EFM Health Clubs Adelaide Triathlon to date
The annual EFM Health Clubs Triathlon for SA EFM members has been swam, rode and run (of course with loads of fun)! Over 300 members turned out at EFM Westlakes to brave the early morning and cold water.
35 SA EFM Clubs were represented and events included short and long course duathlon and triathlons, with individual and team events. Participants competed in four age categories - under 30s, over 30s, over 40s and over 60s with winners in each category awarded.
But as with every EFM event, the EFM triathlon is all about giving it a go, with most participants taking on a triathlon for the first time in their lives! Welldone EFM SA for putting on such a fantastic event - The biggest EFM Triathlon in our 19 year history!

EFM Health Clubs Melbourne Tennis Day 2010
EFM members from clubs all over Melbourne recently turned out for a few hits and giggles at the Annual EFM Tennis Day.
Dozens of EFM members from clubs all over Melbourne recently turned out for a few hits and giggles at the Annual EFM Tennis Day. The event took place at the home of tennis, Melbourne Park, on Sunday 14th February.
Members from clubs including EFM Caulfield, EFM Cheltenham, EFM Clayton, EFM Dandenong, EFM Hawthorn East, EFM St Kilda East and EFM Sydenham shared in the fun on what was the third consecutive year of clear sky and fine weather.
In typical EFM style, the day was not so much about winning and losing but rather having some fun and getting the body moving. For the record however, EFM Hawthorn East members Cameron Howell and Spalgia Howell were the winners on the day.

EFM Gym Dandenong moving to new, larger premesis
The onsite EFM Gym at Southern Health Dandenong is set to relocate to a larger premesis in late February 2010
EFM Gym Dandenong, onsite at Southern Health Dandenong has announced a site relocation to a new club space, still within Dandenong Hospital. The new space for EFM Dandenong will be located on Level 1, which is directly located opposite the hydrotherapy pool one level down from current gym location.
The move, set to take place in late February will see a range of improvements to the already thriving gym, which services the Southern Health and Dandenong community.
Improvements include approximately 40% more cardio and gym floor space, improved shower and changeroom facilities along with air conditioning and heating upgrades.
