EFM Health Clubs has announced that it will be supporting Novita with fundraising efforts throughout 2010
Novita Children's Services has been named as the charity of choice for EFM Health Clubs.
EFM, now 60 clubs across Australia, announced this week that its various fundraising efforts throughout 2010 would benefit Novita, the not-for-profit service provider for South Australian children with physical disabilities and their families.
Novita Chief Executive, Glenn Rappensberg said the organisation is deeply appreciative of being nominated as EFM's charity of choice in 2010.
"This thoughtful support from EFM Health Clubs and its members will assist Novita in fulfilling our purpose of 'connecting kids with their worlds'," said Mr Rappensberg.
"Our 1,300 young clients across South Australia will gratefully benefit from EFM's generosity."
EFM Managing Director Matthew Lindblom said the company's goal of providing its clients with a happier, healthier life is in sync with the purpose of Novita.
"As a business dedicated to health and fitness, we understand the importance of supporting individuals to be able to live life to the fullest - particularly young people, who deserve the best start possible," said Mr Lindblom.
"Supporting Novita as our charity of choice, be it through our annual dinner, raffles, or our thousand-strong contingent in the annual City-Bay fun run, is something we can do to make a difference."
